  • Falsas Promesas en Descuentos para Boletos de Avion, cruceros, transporte y entretemiento, etc.
  •  A Los clientes se le muestra un libro de propiedades disponibles durante su presentación de ventas, diciéndoles que le ofrece mejores opciones para su el uso de sus puntos. Cuando el libro verdadero le llega al cliente en el correo, se dan cuenta que el valor del punto que compró no tiene en cuenta el número de semanas o calidad de los hoteles que se les prometió por el vendedor.
  • A Los clientes dicen que no tienen un derecho de rescisión cinco días.
  • La Cuota de mantenimiento aumenta en una cantidad exorbitante.
  • Quejas sobre la falta de disponibilidad, no importa con cuanto tiempo de anticipación el cliente llame, y la baja calidad de los centros turísticos
  • Terrible servicio al cliente.

    We were scammed into purchasing a timeshare from Royal Holiday in June 2010. It is not paid in full and is currently delinquent. I am currently unemployed and am unable to continue to pay. what should I do?

    I am having numerous troubles with Royal Holiday. In addition to the lies at the presentation, I am being charged 35% interest when the contract I signed stated the interest to be 11%. I tried to cancel our membership. Can you help?

    We bought a timeshare from Holiday Royal while we were in Cozamel. Right after we bought it the saleman and finiancal representive was fired. We don't have a lot of the paperwork that showed us what they were promising to do. One of the representives that we talked to said that if you read the contract we will find things that it fraud, so they would have to give it to us.

    We have signed a contract with Royal Holiday when we are on vacation .We were not happy and when going through the contract at the hotel .We decided to cancel. so when we approached royal holiday, they told to send email. So we have send email within 3 days and also send fax to them for cancelling the contract. But now they are saying we cannnot cancel the contract.

    Adquirí un tiempo compartido con Royal Holiday en diciembre del año pasado , no lo utilizó, está tal y como me lo vendieron por 5 años y ya me empezaron a descontar de mi tarjeta de crédito el resto que me hacia falta por un año. leí muhcos malos comentarios y no me gustaría arriesgarme me temo que soy una victima más de Royal Holiday y mas porque justamente lo que comentan los demas es lo mismo que me dijeron.

    My friend and I have owned Royal Holiday timesahre for 25 years. We have faithfully paid the initial cost and the yearly maintenance fees which continually go up. We want out of this scam. We used the package only one time.

    We were scammed by Ryan Garber at Royal Holiday. We cancelled within the 5 day period and he is not refunding the money. We have a signed document from him stating that the $3000.00 would be refunded. He doesn't respond to emails. We are planning to go back again and speak to him face to face again. Any suggestions would be appreciated very much.

    Yo adquirí con Royal Holiday un tiempo compartido he pagado  mas del 60% sin poder cancelar. Les comento también que cuando comenzó el problema de la crisis hipotecaria en EUA, nosotros cambiamos la deuda con ellos  de USD a pesos. De esto lo más molesto además de no poder cancelar por tener la deuda por escrito en un pagare, es el tener que pagar el mantenimiento supuesto de las instalaciones y el ser forzados a pagar siempre los alimentos en los sitios disponibles, ya que los que no son obligatorios con all inclusive, nunca están disponibles. Tengo más de 2 años con este problema sin poder salir del circulo vicioso.

    Bought at Royal Holiday on January 16, 2010.Charged $12,000.00(USD) on credit card.Tried to cancel the next day. Called credit co. to cancel but they said we could not.Went to Profeco on January 18, 2010.Filed papers ,went to Post Office,sent letter via registerred letter-return receipt requested .Rep from Royal Holiday signed receipt of cancellation request.Profeco has had 3 meetings with RH,and they proposed refund stretched out over 6 mos.,with 1st payment in early may 2011. Almost a year fighting and we do not have our money yet.

    I am a timeshare owner and just recently got suckered into HSI, based on the premises that they would buy our weeks and give us money. We still haven't received our welcome pack with instructions and information about what we paid for so we are pretty sure that we got scammed.  We just bought it in March 2011. We would love to get out of our timeshare that we own in Mexico  as the maintenance fees are ridiculous.
